UncleGamer Radio - Mickey and the Wii sports fitness experiment

UncleGamer sits down with Mickey from WiiNintendo.net and speaks with him about his home brewed Wii sports fitness plan. Mickey participated in a 6 week regiment where he played a mandatory 30 minutes of Wii Sports per day with the goal of tracking weight loss, calories burned per session, heart rate, belly size and more. I outlined a 6 week game plan for myself, the idea being that I would continue ALL normal activity and eating habits, and simply add 30 minutes of Wii Sports to my day. For the past month and a half, I've stuck to these guidelines very strictly. The final outcome? Mickey lost 9lbs and verified with graphs, pictures and lots of test results that playing the Nintendo Wii can indeed be healthy! This interview is a must hear! NOTE: We had a few audio glitches making the sound quality less then what we normally expect from any of our audio clips but this by all means does NOT effect the interview in a negative way.

Synthetical will be playing live at DreamHack, which will host the CPL Winter 2006 tournament later this year in Sweden. In case you do not know, DreamHack is notable for hosting the largest ever known LAN party last year with over 6,000 participants with a goal of 10,000 this year. That is a LOT of Jolt Cola!
